Don Smith

Vice President Threat ResearchSecureworks

Don Smith leads the CTU Threat Research group: a global team of experienced threat analysts who, through the application of established intelligence practices, deliver actionable and timely intelligence products on the threats most relevant to Secureworks clients. Don also leads the CTU research team in EMEA.

Don joined Secureworks in 2005 and, since then, has been instrumental in establishing a CTU presence in EMEA and building important relationships for Secureworks in the region. His enthusiasm and threat expertise means that he regularly represents Secureworks at industry events. Don has 29 years’ experience in the IT industry and was previously responsible for security architecture and operations for a multi-billion enterprise, where he took a lead role in successfully integrating 14 acquisitions. Don’s first exposure to security was in 1991 responding to an intrusion at a UK University. He is a recognized subject-matter expert many areas of cybersecurity and advises Secureworks and Secureworks’ clients globally, with first hand experience of many significant cyber security incidents. Don is the industry co-chair of the Strategic Cyber Industry Group in the National Cybercrime Unit at the UK National Crime Agency and a member of the UK National Cyber Advisory Board.

Gabriel Hopkins

Chief Product OfficerRipjar

As Chief Product Officer, Gabriel leads Ripjar’s product management with the responsibility for setting and delivering the company’s product strategy. With 20 years of product management and marketing experience, Gabriel understands the challenges of developing sophisticated software solutions while balancing innovation with customer needs. Prior to Ripjar, Gabriel was Vice President, Product Management at FICO overseeing the development of the company’s next generation fraud and financial crime solution. He has also served as Vice President, Product Management and Marketing at WorldPay (now FIS).

Luca Mollame

VP, Head of Labyrinth Intelligence Sales EMEARipjar

Luca has more than 27 years of experience in consultative sales across various industries such as Financial Services, Telco, Energy, and Utilities. He holds an Engineering degree from Bologna University in Italy. Prior to joining Ripjar, Luca has worked in several Senior Sales roles at FICO (Cyber Security and Fraud Solutions) and IBM Security.

Matt Chinnery

Pre-Sales Manager Ripjar

Matt Chinnery is an IT Professional with over 26 years’ experience.  Matt started his career as an Installation Engineer and finally specialised in Cyber Security over 15 years ago.  Matt has advised on all number of Cyber Security engagements and been a trusted advisor for many customers for several years.  Matt is fully media trained and has had numerous speaking engagements at Cyber and Threat Intelligence conferences and exhibitions.
